Stampin’ Up! Is In My House

Hello My Stamping Friends,

Now I’m excited.  The brown shipping box arrived filled with fantastic products that I picked out for my starter kit along with business supplies.

Don’t these products look great! And I was also surprised to find that I received a Paper Pumpkin with my delivery.

When I was a Stampin’ Up! customer I joined the Paper Pumpkin program and it was so  much fun and exciting to receive a surprise present every month that you knew was going to be filled with great stamping supplies to create beautiful cards or fun paper crafting project.

Just so you know the Paper Pumpkin program is awesome!  Every month you will receive everything you will need to make fun paper crafting projects for $19.95 a month AND that includes shipping.  You can sign up on my shopping page or on the link I posted above in the bold letters of Paper Pumpkin, and join in on the monthly fun 🙂

Now that my new supplies are here, I need to start creating.  So until next time my friends,

Wishing You A Day Filled With Sunshine & Stamps

Happy 2018

Hello My Fellow Crafters,

Happy New Year.  I hope you had a wonderful Holiday😊

This was our Christmas card this year.  I had so much fun making this card.  Having stamps with coordinating dies make the card making process super fun and easy.

The funny thing with this card is that the door opens and closes.  Inside the door is a message.  I guess when it goes through the mail the door can press down so good that if you don’t know it opens you would think it’s a normal flat card.  The way I found that out was my sister in law thought I sent a different card to my mother in law since her door was open and hers was closed shut LOL

So with that being said for all my family and friends that received a Christmas card from us this year your door opens with a message inside😊

Flower Garden Box Card for Mothers Day

Hello My Fellow Crafters,

I love making box cards.  You’re creativity and imagination can go wild, because you can insert any kind of cut-out to create your card.  This flower garden card was made for my mother-in-law for Mothers Day.

2017 Mothers Day cardWhat is so sweet, she keeps some of the cards that we have given her for various occasions displayed in the china hutch. So for this card I decided not to make the sentiment visible so it can stay out all year.

My husband loved the way the fencing was around the base of the card 🙂

This card was made using my Cricut Explore Air, various Thin Cut dies used with a Cuttlebug machine, lots of Stamps and Ink.

3 Cheers For A Happy Birthday

Hello My Fellow Crafters,

Birthday cards are really fun to make, especially when you have the perfect stamps and cardstock.  This card was made for my brother-in-law’s birthday.  Its always harder for me to make masculine cards, but I think this one came out pretty good.

3 cheers to you cardI really like how crisp the colors look when I put the black layer onto the colored cardstock.  This card was super easy to make once I got started 🙂

Flower Patch Birthday Wishes

Hello My Fellow Crafters,

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.  It has been Super Hot here in North Florida, and as much as I love the beach and pool, on days this hot and humid, crafting in air conditioning is so much more enjoyable 🙂

Since our move I am still re-arranging my “Craft World” and finding some really fun supplies that I haven’t used in awhile, along with some new items too.

So these cards have been made with fun color inks from different manufacturers.  The greens, bright blue and purple are Memento Dye inks, and the red, dark blue and yellows are from Stampin’ Up.

All the stamps used are from the new Stampin’ Up Flower Patch set that also has the matching thin dies that you can run through a Sizzix or a Cuttlebug machine.

The white cardstock is from Close To My Heart, that was embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder from Anna Griffin.

The great thing about making cards like these is that you can use them for any occasion.  It’s just when you stamp your inside sentiment that you make it a certain kinda card such as birthday, anniversary, thinking of you…..  But these cards were made for Birthdays.

I think I need to keep staying cool in my “Craft World” ~  Come back for a visit to see what I create for my next card.
