Country Birdhouse Card Idea

Hello My Friends,

Today I want to share with you a greeting card that I created using the new Stampin’ Up! Bundle (Stamp Set & Dies) called Country Birdhouse. This set is so awesome because you can stamp everything or just die cut everything. What I did on my card was a little bit of both.

The Birdhouse was made from just using the dies and the coordinating Designer Series Paper Country Woods. The birds and flowers were stamped on Basic White cardstock then colored with Stampin’ Blends and cut out with the Dies.

You can find this stamp set as well as so many others in the New Annual Catalog. You can view this catalog and also online exclusives by going to my personal page: JoansCraftWorld.stampinup.net

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!

Stampin’ Up! Beach Day Card Idea

I know that it’s still not officially summer but in Florida our Beaches have been officially opened for a few weeks already and the temperature outside sure feels like summer time. So with that being said, I thought this would be the perfect time to share the card that I created using the Beach Day Stamp Set along with the Beach Day Dies.

I stamped all the images on Basic White cardstock and colored with Stampin’ Blends and also used Blending Brushes with Balmy Blue Stampin’ Pad for the sky & Pecan Pie for the sand. I even added some real sand around the sand castle and bottom border of the Deckled Circle Die πŸ™‚

The card base is Basic White and layered with Blueberry Bushel that was cut with Stitched Rectangular Die. Everything else was then adhered with Stampin’ Seal and Stampin’ Dimensionals for the surf board, beach ball, sand castle and one seagull.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!

Stampin’ Up! Bistro Burger Card Idea

Hello my friends & Happy Friday!

Today I want to share with you a card that I made using the Bistro Burger Bundle from Stampin’ Up!’s new Annual Catalog.

This card was so fun to create. I stamped the burger and fries with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Basic White Cardstock and then colored with various colors of Stampin’ Blends. All the other pieces were made using cardstock and the die cuts in this bundle. I just the love the chili peppers πŸ™‚

And, if you don’t like Meat Burgers or you are a vegetarian, think of this as a Portabella Mushroom Burger with all the fixings.

I’m not sure what I am going to use this card for yet so I didn’t stamp any sentiment, but it could be a card for just about any celebration.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!

Flower Cart Mother’s Day Card Idea

Hello My Friends – I know that I am posting this Mother’s Day card late, but I had to make sure that it was delivered before I posted πŸ™‚

This card was created using the Stampin’ Up! Flower Cart Stamp Set and Flower Cart Die Set. I also used an old small flower paper punch and the green leaves from a discontinued set called Beautiful Bouquet to give it dimension and make the flower pop off the page. The Basic White Circle was cut using the Deckled Circles Dies.

For the Inside I used the stamps in the flower cart set with the coordinating dies along with some stitched dies.

The colors used are Gorgeous Grape, Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Flirty Flamingo and Melon Mambo. Pecan Pie for the cart along with gold for the wheels.

Hope you all had a wonderful day celebrating the Mothers in your life.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!

Happy Cinco de Mayo

I hope you are all doing well on this Festive Sunday.

Today I want to share a card that I made as a Thank You Note for a friend who sent us some New Mexico Green Chili Seeds to plant in Florida.

I love this stamp set but unfortunately it has been retired. This set was created by one of Stampin’ Up! Million Sales Achiever Erica C. and I think it was the best stamp set ever. That could be because I love all kinds of Mexican Food and everything that goes along with it πŸ™‚

I had to white out the inside because I forgot to take the picture before I wrote my note. When I lived in New Mexico I went to a big stamp show and they had the NM Zia stamp and I thought that would make the perfect part of my inside greeting for our NM friend.

Just take a look at how good the chili seeds grew. We started them indoors in our Idoo hydroponic garden then transferred to outdoor planters.

Can you see those chilis? We were excited and they tasted yummy!!!

Have a Happy Cinco de Mayo

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!
