The New Year Is Going To Be A Piece of Cake

Happy New Year 🙂

Tonight we will be bringing in a New Year but before that I want to give you another Sneak Peek at a really fun stamp set bundle called “Piece of Cake”

This card was so much fun to make and I used Pineapple Punch, Lovely Lipstick and Whisper White cardstock with Pearlized Doilies. Then colored with Stampin’ Blends in the same colors.

This set is great for birthdays, weddings or just a fun card to make inviting friends over for cake & coffee.  When you make your own handstamped greeting cards the possibilities are endless.

Just a few more days and you will able to order this great Stamp Bundle and start making awesome cards for your friends and family.

And just like my cards says “Hope This Year Is A Piece Of Cake”

~ HAPPY NEW YEAR MY FRIENDS ~

Enjoy the SUnshine!

Sneak Peek – Butterfly Gala

I am super excited to give you a Sneak Peek from the new Occasions Catalog.

Winter has just begun but you can leave the winter blues behind with this beautiful gingham suite that is perfect for dreaming of springtime.

These cards were made using New Designer Series Paper called Gingham Gala.  I love the colors in this series Lemon Lime Twist, Grapefruit Grove, Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight and Highland Heather.

This stamp set is called Butterfly Gala which has the most beautiful butterflies in four different designs and the best part of this set is that it comes in a Bundle that includes a Butterfly Duet Punch which means no hand cutting these butterflies – YAHOO 🙂

I will share more of the 2019 Occasions Catalog with you tomorrow.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!

So Santa Card Idea #3

I’ve been having so much fun creating these So Santa cards.  Today’s Santa is delivering gifts on a scooter.

When we first moved to Florida my husband wanted to get a scooter to ride around Amelia Island.  My Sisters family started calling him Uncle Scooter 🙂

All of the supplies that I used in the past two So Santa cards I used on this one also.

The only item that I forgot to tell you about is the Banner Triple Punch.  This punch makes the perfect 1″, 1 1/2″, and 2″ banners.  I don’t know about you but every time I try to make a banner using my snips, it is so crooked and I end up throwing them away. Now I have perfect banners all the time.

Thanks for stopping by to see what I created with this great stamp set.  I love sharing my card ideas with you and these So Santa Card Ideas really got me in the Christmas Spirit. HoHoHo!

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!

So Santa Card Idea #2

I want to share another #SimpleStamping card idea that I made with the So Santa stamp set from Stampin’ Up!.  Yesterday Santa was in his bathing suit and today we have a Baker Santa.

My Grandparents owned a bakery when I was growing up in New Jersey and there is no better smell in the world then cookies baking 🙂

This card I used Call Me Clover cardstock along with Whisper White.  I also used the same four dark Stampin’ Blend markers as I did yesterday.  Real Red, Call Me Clover, Pineapple Punch and Crumb Cake.

The Clear Rhinestones were colored using the Stampin’ Blends.  I love just purchasing the clear rhinestones and then coloring them to coordinate with the color theme of my cards.

I’m not sure if i mentioned it in yesterdays post but I also used the Stitch Shaped Framelits.  If you don’t have these framelits I suggest that you get them because they just add such a special touch to any image that you stamp.

I will share one more card idea tomorrow from this fun stamp set.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!

Stampin’ Up! So Santa Card Idea

Tis the Season to make #HandmadeCards and I have the perfect stamp set to do just that.  Stampin’ Up!’s So Santa stamp set is so super cute!

I know that Santa and snow go together but when you live in Florida like I do you don’t see snow so that is why this Santa looks perfect with his feet in the sand instead of snow 🙂

I love the way this card turned out, and it was so simple to make.  I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored in with Stampin’ Blends! Added some layers of Whisper White and Real Red Cardstock and that’s it. A simple fun handmade card!

I will share another card tomorrow that I made from the same stamp set.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!

Joan 🙂
