Birthday Card For All Year Celebrating


Hello My Fellow Crafters,

Today I want to share with you a Birthday Card that I made for my sister, that can be kept on display all year.

I have been making cards for a long time and I wanted to make this card totally different from all the other birthday cards that I have made for my sister.

I purchased a  Sizzix easel die awhile ago thinking it was really cute but not really knowing what I was going to make with it and now I am super happy that I have it.

Using the Big Shot Pro machine along with some Close To My Heart cardstock this easel birthday card came out great.  The coolest thing is that the size of the easel fits this calendar perfectly.

Now don’t laugh at me – I could not find my glitter paper and I really wanted the butterfly to be in silver iridescent sooo I used wrapping paper and just glued it to a heavy cardstock so that it would be sturdy.  I actually love the way it turned out 🙂

Happy Fathers Day Stand-Up Card

Hello My Fellow Crafters,

Hope you all are having a great week ~  I have been busy this week making graduation, birthday, and a fathers day card.

Why is it so easy making a card for girls, but you have to really get creative when making cards for guys 🙂

So this is what I came up with this year for Fathers Day.

This is what it looks like closed – just your ordinary card, but look what happens when you flip-it open…

… you have a 3D Stand-Up Card.

It was so much fun designing this card.  I used a Sizzix framelits die cuts and Big Shot for this card but also used my Cricut Explore Air machine for the sentiments.
