Birthday Card and Gift Box Idea using Stampin’ Up!s Pansy Patch

Happy Wednesday and Happy Summer!

I’m happy the calendar now says its summer because living in Florida it kinda feels like summer arrived a few months ago already.

Before I get into my birthday card and gift box idea I need to share with you that Tomorrow Only June 24th Stampin’ Up! has FREE Shipping on all orders over $50 for products before shipping and tax would be calculated.

OK, so now that you know about tomorrows free shipping, Today I want to share with you a birthday card and gift box that I created using the Pansy Patch stamp set with coordinating dies and Designer Series Paper.

Stampin’ Up! has this awesome Pansy Patch stamp set with coordinating dies and designers series paper.  You can purchase these products separately or the entire suite called Pansy Petals.

The box is a Mini Paper Pumpkin Box that I decorated using everything in the Pansy Petals suite along with Pacific Coast, Fresh Freesia and Basic White cardstock.

There are so many different ways to use this set.  You can stamp each image with any color from our classic Stampin’ Ink Pad (since flowers come in all colors) then using the die just cut one image or in this card example I used the dies and cut each piece out in basic white cardstock then sponged the colors for a shaded look.  I also used this same technique in a post last month called Pansy Patch Garden.

I love using the new Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, it doesn’t take up a lot of room on your work area which makes it so easy to make these cute pansy flowers.

I will also be showing you examples of just stamping with this wonderful stamp set in my next post.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!

Sneak Peek ~ Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Bundle

Happy Monday!

Today I am giving you a sneak peek of the Pansy Patch stamp set and dies, that will be available in the new Stampin’ Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog next week May 4, 2021

I created this paper Pansy Patch garden with the new bundle that is going to be released next week.  This bundle puts such a smile on my face since I love pansies.  These flowers always look so happy to me – am I the only one who thinks they look happy?

Another great thing about this bundle is that all the dies in this set can be used with our Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.

I cut the parts of the Pansy using the Pansy Dies in the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine on Basic White cardstock.

Then the real fun was coloring the flowers using Sponge Daubers with some of the New 2021-2023 In Colors.  These New In Colors are gorgeous, and of course they all intertwine perfectly with all of our other beautiful colors Stampin’ Up! offers.

You will be able to find this Pansy Patch Suite on page 28, the New 2021-2023 In Colors on page 123 of the New catalog, along with another 176 pages of the most awesome products ever.  I know that you are going to love the Stampin’ Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog just as much as I do

.

To finish my Pansy Garden, I also used the **Butterfly Gala stamp set with coordinating **Butterfly Duet punch, and the sentiment from **Country Home stamp set.

I have made many Birthday and Thank You cards using the **Butterfly Gala stamps with and without the punch.  Creating cards with the **Country Home stamp set is a great for Thanksgiving or a pick me up card just to make someone’s day a little brighter.

** Both of these stamp sets and punch are on the Last Chance Products Sale/Retiring List, so if you don’t have these great products, and you love them, you have to order them today! I don’t want you to miss them when they are gone.

Stay tuned for more Sneak Peeks from this wonderful New Stampin’ Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.

Until next my friends,

Enjoy The SUnshine!

Happy Thursday Everyone

I want to share with you a gift idea that I made for all of my new stamping team mates that I met last week in Orlando at the Stampin’ Up! On Stage Event.

I love this Stampin’ Up! Tropical Escape Suite.  You can order these items by just clicking on the links below.

Tropical Chic stamp set with the Tropical Thinlits and you cant forget the Tropical Escape Designers Series Paper.

These were so much fun to make and super easy too!

Step-By-Step Instructions:

Cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 2 1/2″

1 – Score at 1″, 2″ and 4 3/4″

2 – Snip off the to ends

3 – Snip diagonally to make a tab

4 – Fold on the Score lines

5 – Glue Together with either snail adhesive or tear & tape along the edge

6 – I snipped the top to make it easier to pull the nail file out

7 – Then cut a solid piece of cardstock 5″ x 1 1/4″

8 – Glue the holder onto the solid piece of cardstock

9 – Cut a 3/4″ x 3″ strip and wrap around then decorate

10 – I used a circle punch on the nail file for the the ribbon (I found nail files at Walmart 24 files for less then $3.00)

I hope you like my gift idea that you can share with your friends and family.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!
