Stampin’ Up! Beach Day Card Idea

I know that it’s still not officially summer but in Florida our Beaches have been officially opened for a few weeks already and the temperature outside sure feels like summer time. So with that being said, I thought this would be the perfect time to share the card that I created using the Beach Day Stamp Set along with the Beach Day Dies.

I stamped all the images on Basic White cardstock and colored with Stampin’ Blends and also used Blending Brushes with Balmy Blue Stampin’ Pad for the sky & Pecan Pie for the sand. I even added some real sand around the sand castle and bottom border of the Deckled Circle Die πŸ™‚

The card base is Basic White and layered with Blueberry Bushel that was cut with Stitched Rectangular Die. Everything else was then adhered with Stampin’ Seal and Stampin’ Dimensionals for the surf board, beach ball, sand castle and one seagull.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!

Happy Cinco de Mayo

I hope you are all doing well on this Festive Sunday.

Today I want to share a card that I made as a Thank You Note for a friend who sent us some New Mexico Green Chili Seeds to plant in Florida.

I love this stamp set but unfortunately it has been retired. This set was created by one of Stampin’ Up! Million Sales Achiever Erica C. and I think it was the best stamp set ever. That could be because I love all kinds of Mexican Food and everything that goes along with it πŸ™‚

I had to white out the inside because I forgot to take the picture before I wrote my note. When I lived in New Mexico I went to a big stamp show and they had the NM Zia stamp and I thought that would make the perfect part of my inside greeting for our NM friend.

Just take a look at how good the chili seeds grew. We started them indoors in our Idoo hydroponic garden then transferred to outdoor planters.

Can you see those chilis? We were excited and they tasted yummy!!!

Have a Happy Cinco de Mayo

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!

Sweet Citrus Handmade Card Idea

You name the citrus fruit and you will be able to make a card with this Stamp & Die set from Stampin’ Up! called Sweet Citrus. For the cocktail glass I used the stamp & die from Nothing’s Better Than bundle and the Cheers is from an oldy but my go to set called Happy Hour.

This card was made using Granny Apple Green and Old Olive inks and DSP. I have been going through all of my Designer Series Paper and I found a fun design with the main color of Pumpkin Pie and another Paper with Grapefruit Grove. These colors will be the next I choose to create more cards. I also found matching ribbon πŸ™‚

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the Sunshine!

Love Cats Card Idea

Stampin’ Up! has the cutest stamp set called Love Cats. This card was made for Valentines Day but you can also just use the images for any type of card you need to make for a cat person.

This stamp set does not have coordinating dies or punch so it is easier to just stamp the image and use a shape die/punch to cut out or if you really feel like “fussy cutting” you can always use Stampin’ Up! Snips

I think all of these images are just so super cute, and if you agree this set can be found in the Mini Catalog that is still available until April 2023.

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!

Share A Milkshake Card Idea

Happy Friday My Friends,

I hope you all had a wonderful week. I have been in my “Craft World” creating some cards using stamps and coordinating dies from The Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog.

This is the one of my creations that I just have to share with you using the Share A Milkshake bundle.

Isn’t this bundle great? Think of all the different kind of cards you can make. My next card is definitely going to be an ice cream sundae or a Waffle Cone ice cream. I promise to share what I create.

Have a relaxing weekend!

Until next time my friends,

Enjoy the SUnshine!
