Finally took the leap from the Cricut Expression to the Explore Air and I am so happy. I am still learning how to use the design space, but with the videos that Cricut has available, I am doing better then expected LOL

Springtime Makes Me Smile when I see all of the trees start budding and flowers start blooming. Spring has sprung in North Florida and in my Craft Room 🙂
No matter how many new and exciting products are on the market, there are times when I just want to “go back to basics” using a white card base from Close To My Heart, a paper punch, paper crimper and a few thin cuts. I can’t believe that I did not use a rubber stamp on this card 🙂
I was not spring cleaning, but I was looking at supplies that I have not used in awhile. It’s amazing what you can find hidden in those decorative photo boxes LOL
I found a box of all different shaped paper crimpers and I have not used a paper crimper in years, but it was the perfect touch for the window shade 🙂
I am challenging you to look through a box of supplies that you may have hidden in your closet or under your bed and see what you find and then create a masterpiece.

Today I want to share a quick post with you to show you what I have been up to in my craft world.
Since it has been a cold week here in North Florida (I know a lot of you are snowed in but for Florida its cold) and I have been dreaming of warmer weather.

This is one scrapbook page that I made, just need to add some pictures and some journaling.
Then with some of the left over paper, I made these beautiful greeting cards.
The stamp set that I used to make these cards is Springtime Wishes and CTMH also has the coordinating Springtime Wishes Thin Cuts if you don’t feel like cutting each stamped image out with your scissor.
Well I am going to go back into my “craft world” and create some more wonderful things from this new Seasonal Expressions catalog.

Hope you all had a great weekend. Today I want to share with you a birthday card that I made for my nephew Ryan. He is the person who got me involved in Zentangle, so I just had to create his card with some kind of Zentangle patters but it also had to have a cool image.
I found this flamingo image on the Life Is A Beach Cricut cartridge. It was cut on white cardstock and filled it in with my own Zentangle art. This was a really fun card to make.
