I can’t believe that next week is Christmas! I guess that I have been busy making our Christmas Cards, Decorating the House and for the first time I baked cookies for a cookie swap 🙂
I can’t believe that in those bags are 120 cookies – it doesn’t look like that many but that’s 10 dozen cookies 🙂
Also in the beginning of the month I attended a Close To My Heart training day that was held in South Carolina. I went to the training with my two dear friends and we had a wonderful day and got to preview some of the new products and also make some cards and scrapbook pages!
I can’t wait to share with you all the new and beautiful products that are going to be available starting on January 1st ~ I am also super excited for you to see the new catalog, I know you are going to love it! Don’t we look excited 🙂

Last week our church had a Christmas Craft Show to start off the season. I had my booth set up with all things that I created with Close To My Heart Products. I had a variety of greeting cards (Christmas, Birthday, Thinking Of You…), stocking stuffers, gift tags and so much more.

Now it really is beginning to look a lot like Close To My Heart For Christmas.
I had such a wonderful time explaining to people how they too can create beautiful cards, ornaments, gift tags and so much more. And it all starts with products from Close To My Heart. All you need is some cardstock, ink and a stamp set.

Hope you all had a great weekend. Today I want to share with you a birthday card that I made for my nephew Ryan. He is the person who got me involved in Zentangle, so I just had to create his card with some kind of Zentangle patters but it also had to have a cool image.
I found this flamingo image on the Life Is A Beach Cricut cartridge. It was cut on white cardstock and filled it in with my own Zentangle art. This was a really fun card to make.
